Warranty Administrator

Calling all experienced warranty administrators.  Our client is looking for an experience warranty clerk / administrator to join this prestige dealership in Manchester

As Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Recovering the cost of any work covered by a form of insurance, guarantee or warranty
  • Making claims from the appropriate manufacturer in line with policy.
  • Reviewing and assessing the validity of all claims
  • Preparing invoices, and transmitting all supporting material to the manufacturer within specified deadlines
  • Administering and calculating job costings
  • Assisting with regular audits

Ideally you will have experience as a Warranty Administrator or Costing Clerk in a warranty role within a car, LCV or HGV franchised dealership. The successful candidate will need good IT skills and knowledge to work with their Kerridge system along with other IT software.
