This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused team, specialising in new car sales within a modern dealership environment.
The Role
As a New Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Selling new vehicles
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
- Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale
- Presenting finance and additional products in a compliant and professional manner
You’ll be joining a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction, and continued success.
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary of £25,000
- Uncapped OTE of £52,000+
- Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Every other Saturday off
- Every Sunday off
- Plus a day off during the week, every week
About You
- Proven experience in car sales (main dealership experience preferred)
- Strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated, professional, and driven to succeed
- Full UK driving licence
